Whisper Ranch EstatesWhisper Ranch Estates is a subdivision of Tucson real estate located in Vail, Arizona. Vail was founded in the late 19th century by rancher Edward Vail. Vail allowed the Southern Pacific Railroad to cut across his property. The Southern Pacific Railroad used the settlement as a water stop on its route. Edward’s brother Walter was also a rancher. Walter Vail owned a ranch that is located close to the location of his brother’s ranch. The ranch owned by Walter has been included as part of the Las Ciennegas National Conservation area.

Demographics

This friendly community is made up of roughly 842 households.
