One of the big advantages to buying Tucson homes for sale in the High Forty subdivision is that your children will be in a region with many great colleges for them to attend after they graduate high school. One of the best smaller college campuses in the area is the Pima Community College. This school was originally founded in 1966 in Pima County, which is the county where Tucson is located. The school first opened its doors for class in 1969. There are six different campuses of the college spread out around the city of Tucson. There are several learning centers associated with the college as well such as the Green Valley Community Learning Center and the Southeast Education Center, to name a few.

There are also a lot of hotels and resorts in the area that employ many of the citizens who live in the city.
