Providing Things to the Buyer
You may have things to do with the home that you should provide to the buyer. You may have already provided most things, but when you start unpacking in your new home, then you may find things that you forgot. Generally, these things may be items like extra house keys, extra garage door openers, plats for land information, and paint numbers for various parts of the home. If you have any of these items after you move, you will want to be sure to provide them to the new owner as soon as possible.
Changing Your Address
