Exploring Long Term Excellence at Marana High School

The Tigers of Marana High School are dedicated to high education of all students at the high school level of schooling. Students and teachers work together to collaboratively set a guide for the future of each student. Local Tucson houses for sale are easily filled with families who are looking forward to attending this school of excellence. Attending Marana High School offers students the ability to expand their current knowledge base, explore new areas of interest and excel in sports and other extracurricular activities.

School Sponsored Clubs

Activities and clubs at Marana High School are plentiful and there is sure to be at least a couple groups that will fit any student’s desires. Art and theatrical clubs are available such as the anime club, dance club and photography club. Academically driven clubs are also available for the students and include the journalism club, med start club and speech/debate club. Students have dozens of various clubs to choose from and enjoy throughout the school year. These extracurricular activities are encouraged by the leadership of Marana High School who believe participation on such programs helps to enhance every child’s education.

Athletics

Sports are a large part of the evenings for many Marana High School students. Fall sports include football, cross country, volleyball, golf and swimming. Students participating in the winter semester sports have the choice of basketball, soccer and wrestling. While spring sports are baseball, softball and track. Any student participating in the sports program needs to meet basic physical requirements and maintain passing grades in all of their classes. Attending evening sports games is a big part of the local community and Marana High School encourages all families of students to attend the games as much as possible to support their friends.
