Due to the fact that most people who have purchased Tucson homes for sale in the Green Valley area being over 65, most do not have any children under the age of 18. Only 1% of the households in the area have children.
Education
The primary focus of education in the Green Valley area is on higher learning. There are four universities for high school graduates or adults to look into to further their education. There are also 6 smaller community colleges in the area. These institutions are all located within 15 miles of Green Valley, making a commute from the area to school very short. There is only one school in the area to cover children who are in grades K-12.
