Leslie Valencia, Associate Broker, HUD Department Specialist

My name is Leslie Valencia, I have been in Tucson for 26 years, I am originally from Shelby, Ohio. I enjoy trail riding with my horse in the Tucson Mountains. I obtained my EMT Associates Degree from Pima College. I practiced this field for 8 years. I then entered the Real Estate field in 2002. I proceeded to get my Broker license in 2006. In my career as a Realtor, I was within the top ten producing agent while in a different company. I currently handle the HUD accounts for the Blass Team. As part of my position I educate other agents and lenders through seminars about HUD. I am the point of contact for all HUD matters. I enjoy advocating HUD products and process, as it lends itself to affordable home ownership.
