My name is Janett Kraetz, I’m a Native Tucsonan, first generation American. I grew up in a strong Hispanic family with Spanish being my first language. I have been in Real Estate since 2005. I have a bachelor’s degree in Social Work and worked in the Social Work field for 10 years prior to starting Real Estate. The experience I gained in the social work field transferred over into Real Estate seamlessly. I started my career in Real Estate with Louis and Victoria Blass. Currently I am the designated Sales Team Manager and HUD training specialist. As an agent I am experienced, diverse and creative. I am determined to make transactions work. I specialize in HUD transactions as well as REO sales. As part of my job I coordinate trainings for both internal agents but also external agents. I enjoy my work and intend on success daily.
